North Eastern Institute of Whole Health does not discriminate against any applicant for admission on the basis of sex, color, race, national origin, or marital status.

Applicants must complete the Online Program Applicant Evaluation Form prior to submitting the Application for the online enrollment The form will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and the prospective student will be contacted with results to determine the eligibility for enrollment. There is no obligation to enroll.

Once the Applicant is eligible to enroll in the Online Program, the Online Program Application for Admissions must be completed and submit it along with a $50 non-refundable application fee. The form will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and the prospective student may be contacted for a personal interview with an admissions representative, however, an interview is not mandatory.

Requirements for Admissions:

U.S. Residents:

Age:Must be 18 years or older.

Application: Return of Online Program Application for Admissions form with $50 non-refundable fee.

Education: High school diploma or GED certification on or before the end of the program.

Physician’s note stating that the applicant is in good health and free of communicable diseases.

Completion of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health Medical Form, provided during the enrollment.

Photocopy of current and valid State-issued Photo Identification Card or Driver’s License with picture or Passport or Military Identification Card.

Foreign Nationals:

Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Application: Return of admission form with $50 non-refundable fee.

Education: High school diploma or GED certification on or before the end of the program.

Physician’s note stating that the applicant is in good health and free of communicable diseases.

Completion of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health Medical Form, provided during the enrollment.

Certificate of Eligibility for Non-Immigrant (M-1) Student Status for vocational Students Form I-20M-N (foreign students only)

 

No applicant will be denied admission, if he or she has the desire to become a massage therapist and has the financial ability to do so.

North Eastern Institute of Whole Health seeks students who are ethical and professional, students who enjoy helping and caring for people and student who believe that massage is a true therapy.
